This position targets candidates with intermediate experience in hot kitchen operations, as well as those currently pursuing technical or university studies in gastronomy—or those with a strong personal interest in gastronomy. **Profile Requirements** * University or technical education (in progress) or strong personal interest in gastronomy. * Preferred experience in hot kitchen operations and high-turnover preparations: frying, stir-frying, chaufas, hamburgers, and traditional Peruvian dishes. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and responsibility in food handling. * Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * Preference for candidates residing near the following areas: **SMP, Los Olivos, Comas, or Independencia**. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare dishes according to the menu. * Assist in preparing fried items, stir-fries, traditional Peruvian dishes, and side dishes. * Perform mise en place before service begins. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area. * Monitor basic supplies and promptly report shortages. * Adhere to good food-handling practices. * Coordinate with the dining room team to ensure prompt and orderly service. **Desired Competencies** * Passion for cooking. * Speed and organization in food preparation. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Judgment to maintain dish quality and presentation. * Commitment to the restaurant’s growth. **Benefits** * Daily meals during shift hours. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to learn and grow within the business. **Application** Send your CV or personal information via WhatsApp: **942 879 643** **Work Location:** Urb.
