Job Summary: A leading home products retail company is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team, manage operations, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate staff for operational efficiency JUMI STORES, a leading home products retailer in the southern region of the country, is currently seeking: STORE MANAGER * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve commercial sales targets. * Monitor inventory levels, maintenance, and functionality of store assets, and request repairs in case of damage. * Ensure outstanding customer service and a differentiated shopping experience. * Supervise and coordinate staff by assigning tasks and ensuring efficient performance. * Supervise that all merchandise is properly displayed in the sales area according to store visual standards. * Ability to operate on social media platforms and support the brand’s digital strategies. * Supervise proper order and cleanliness of both the store and warehouse. * Prepare staff schedules, track attendance, and record overtime hours. * Analyze sales and store performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability. * Proficiency in point-of-sale systems (opening, closing, reconciliations, cash counts, and cash reports). * Timely submission of all requested reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be over 26 years of age. * Full-time availability (must not be currently enrolled in studies). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a retail store manager or supervisor (“New Store Opening” experience preferred). * Passion or strong interest in home goods and interior decoration. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one day off per week). * Shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. * Experience managing teams and achieving KPIs (team size exceeding 10 people). * No prior application or recruitment process with our company.
