Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist for industrial plants to supervise and manage high-risk work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training in Occupational Safety and Health INOXSERV SAC, a company specializing in the manufacturing and maintenance of machinery and iron and stainless steel structures with 20 years of experience, is looking for an SSOMA Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to work in industrial plants in Lima and Ate. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; professional title required * SSOMA (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment) training courses * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (PDR) in construction projects or general services; employment references required (preferably from food and pharmaceutical industries) * Experience managing high-risk work (work at height, hot work, confined space work) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: * Supervise high-risk work (work at height, electrical hazard work, hot work, confined space work) * Deliver 5-minute safety talks, conduct tool inspections, and complete other required forms * Verify proper use of PPE and field signage * Monitor and implement the annual SSOMA plan and program * Conduct induction, training, and instruction in SSOMA for personnel joining the Distribution Center * Update documentation for hazard identification and risk assessment, as well as environmental aspect and impact identification and evaluation * Prepare IPERC, PETS, ATS (among others) for assigned projects and propose technical solutions to resolve issues arising during service execution * Prepare reports, documentation, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and safety talks required for services * Coordinate permits for service execution with the client’s Occupational Safety and Health (SST) department * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations—both our own and the client’s—during service execution at client facilities * Report incidents and/or accidents, conduct investigations, and propose corrective actions * Other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor We Offer: * MYPE payroll registration from day one * SCTR insurance, Social Security, Life Insurance (Law No. 29980), Family Allowance * Overtime pay * Pleasant working environment Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Lunch break: 1 hour Availability to work outside regular hours upon prior coordination Availability to work on Sundays and holidays upon prior coordination Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
