Job Summary: Logistics and Foreign Trade Coordinator to manage and ensure export and import operations, with focus on tracking and documentary compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Manage and secure space with shipping lines according to shipment schedules. * Coordinate the initiation of logistics operations. * Conduct continuous monitoring of export and import operations. * Supervise cargo consolidation processes. * Register and upload information to the shipping line’s system (matrices, VGM, and preliminary and final cargo reports). * Coordinate with customs agencies to ensure documentary and operational compliance. * Prepare cargo and container tracking reports. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations or foreign trade. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing. * Knowledge of maritime export processes and documentation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
