Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Supervisor to ensure worker safety and integrity within a reputable company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 2. Promote a preventive safety culture at all levels. 3. Conduct periodic safety inspections and training. We are currently looking for an **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR** to join the team of a well-known company located in **Chancay**. We seek a committed, proactive individual with a vocation for maintaining worker integrity and safety. **Work Mode:** On-site, Chancay **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities: * Implement and supervise the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Develop and manage OHS system documents (IPERC, matrices, procedures, regulations, records, etc.). * Conduct periodic safety inspections across the four facilities. * Plan and deliver OHS training sessions, talks, and campaigns. * Promote a preventive culture across all organizational levels. * Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, OHS, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience implementing or managing OHS systems. * Basic knowledge of the field (e.g., OHS audits, IPERC development, OHS document management). * Preferred: Experience in occupational wellness programs or integration activities.
