**Job Description:** Responsible for providing computational support for hardware and software to SAETA users and to the corporate Information and Communication Technologies platform, along with its associated services and components. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Networks and Communications or university studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to internal users of the client company. * Monitor the company's systems and infrastructure. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on client workstations. * Coordinate activities with suppliers. * Administer the company's servers and network. * Execute backups of the company's sensitive information. * Configure the company's email service. * Other duties assigned by their supervisor.
