Excellent working environment A service-sector company is looking for an Administrator to lead our company's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, the proper functioning of our processes, and team performance. ***What will you do?*** * Supervise daily operations. * Lead, organize, and motivate the Commercial, Administrative, Logistics, and Distribution teams. * Ensure compliance with service, quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. * Supervise goal achievement. * Monitor sales, deliveries, and after-sales activities. * Coordinate with Logistics to supply products to our warehouses. * Supervise inventories and control shrinkage. * Prepare staff schedules and track attendance. * Resolve customer issues and provide support to the team when necessary. * Ensure adherence to company-established procedures. * Highly proactive and agile; work will be conducted closely with Management. ***What are we looking for?*** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator. * Experience leading work teams. * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, KPIs, and operational control. * Proficiency in Excel and user-level computer tools. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. ***What we offer*** * Biweekly payments. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment. ***Requirements*** * Minimum education: University graduate * 1 year of experience * Age: between 27 and 35 years Why join us?
