Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to prepare traditional Peruvian dishes, breakfasts, and sandwiches, supervise a kitchen assistant, and ensure food quality and hygiene. Preparation of traditional Peruvian cuisine, breakfasts, and sandwiches **CHEF – RESTAURANT SERVING TRADITIONAL PERUVIAN CUISINE, BREAKFASTS, AND SANDWICHES** We are looking for an **experienced Chef** to join our team in Comas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare soups, appetizers, and main courses from the traditional Peruvian menu. * Prepare breakfasts and a variety of sandwiches. * Carry out daily production and complete advance preparations required for the next day’s service. * Supervise, guide, and coordinate the tasks of the assigned kitchen assistant. * Ensure the quality, flavor, and presentation of all dishes. * Maintain food hygiene and safe food handling standards. * Monitor supplies, portion sizes, and waste. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Assist in developing and improving recipes and menu offerings. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef. * Knowledge and experience in preparing soups, traditional Peruvian cuisine, breakfasts, and sandwiches. * Ability to organize production and complete advance preparations to optimize service efficiency. * Experience leading or coordinating kitchen support staff. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Weekly rest on Sundays. **Work Location:** Av.
