




We are currently seeking an HR Manager **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or similar positions (e.g., HR Head, Coordinator, or Manager). * Experience in comprehensive HR department management and team leadership. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Familiarity with the “Trinorma” of the Integrated Management System (IMS): ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Payroll administration and T-Register management. * Competency-based performance evaluation and organizational climate management. * Resolution of labor disputes and enhancement of internal communication. * Office software proficiency: Intermediate or advanced level. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and separation processes. * Supervise payroll preparation and control, contracts, vacations, subsidies, and profit-sharing. * Manage medical leaves and subsidies with ESSALUD. * Design and implement employee wellness, training, performance evaluation, and workplace climate programs. * Supervise registration of hires, terminations, and modifications in the T-Register and ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Participate in maintenance and audits of the Integrated Management System (IMS) under ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. * Develop and update HR manuals, policies, and procedures aligned with strategic objectives and the IMS. * Resolve internal conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure healthy labor relations. * Prepare HR management indicators and reports for General Management. * Address requirements from Sunafil, Mintra, Indeci, AFPs, banks, and other related entities. **BENEFITS** * Join a stable and growing company. * Market-competitive compensation. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and remote work on Saturdays.
