We are a team united by a shared purpose: “To devote our full entrepreneurial spirit to nourishing a prosperous future.” Join us as a **Refrigeration Technician** in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. **Mission:** Ensure that refrigeration physical assets across various distribution centers remain operational and in optimal condition through supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as management of assigned resources and personnel. **What profile are we seeking?** * Technician or graduate in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of work experience in maintenance-related positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of maintenance for ammonia compressors, air compressors, boilers, and steam systems; ability to interpret blueprints and schematics (e.g., equipment or process flow diagrams); welding skills. **What will be your challenges?** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment at distribution centers. * Implement and ensure compliance with maintenance plans according to established standards and procedures. * Manage the budget and resources allocated to the refrigeration department. * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and propose innovative solutions. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff under your responsibility, ensuring their ongoing training and development. * Monitor and report on departmental performance indicators, proposing corrective actions when necessary. **What do we offer you?** * Market-leading company. * Career development path.
