




Job Summary: Shacman S.A.C. is seeking a Service Technical Assistant to manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages work orders, documentation, and spare parts control. 2. Communicates service status and complaints to end customers. 3. Requires knowledge of automotive mechanics and Microsoft Office suite. Shacman S.A.C., a company dedicated to the sale of motor vehicles, is currently seeking a Service Technical Assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing workshop work orders * Verifying progress of work orders * Documenting each work order * Updating the maintenance checklist for each vehicle model * Reviewing and recording technical reports for each service and work order * Communicating with end customers to inform them of the status of each service, repair, and/or complaint * Requesting spare parts, materials, tools, and other resources required for workshop operations * Operational time tracking for each work order * Controlling, reporting, and safeguarding warranty spare parts * Managing warranty complaints **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Automotive Mechanics, Buses and/or Trucks, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Basic technical English (reading technical manuals) * Driver's license, minimum category A1 (desirable) **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** * Base salary: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,000.00 * Probationary period: 3 months * Formal payroll registration * SCTR insurance * Ongoing training and product portfolio updates * Training on diagnostic tool usage * International certification **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Work location: ANCÓN Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
