Requirements: \- Must be over 18 years old. \- Completed secondary education. \- Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools such as drills, grinders, etc. \- Good physical condition for lifting and moving heavy parts. \- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with all workstations. \- Must reside in areas near Puente Piedra (Km 36\.5 on the Panamericana Norte \- Fundición Bus Stop). Responsibilities: \- Prepare production lines according to instructions from supervisors or plant assistants. \- Perform simple maintenance and cleaning tasks in assigned areas as required. \- Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
