Job Summary: We are seeking a High-Risk Work Safety Specialist responsible for training and evaluating operators to ensure high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Risk analysis and intervention for substandard acts/conditions We are looking for a ***High-Risk Work Safety Specialist*** responsible for training, evaluating, and recategorizing heavy machinery operators, ensuring high standards of safety, productivity, and efficient operations. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar roles (from bachelor's degree onward) * Direct supervision of high-risk work (working at heights, lifting operations, electrical safety, excavations, confined spaces, hot work) * Experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist or SSOMA/HSE Supervisor * Preferable experience in the mining or industrial sector * Experience will be verified via the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL) **Mandatory Courses:** * Certification in Supervision of High-Risk Work * **Minimum 140 hours** * Validity no older than 3 years * May be substituted by a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Health and Safety (SUNEDU accredited) **Key Knowledge and Responsibilities:** * Control of work permits and PETAR * Field supervision * Risk analysis and intervention for substandard acts/conditions * Safety talks * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools **Other Requirements:** * Availability for on-site work at the Puente Piedra facility * Residence in districts near Lima Norte (preferred) * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off\. ***Benefits and Employment Terms:*** * Enrollment in the General Social Security System * Full gratification (100%) * Full CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * 30 days of annual vacation * Monthly salary payments * Work schedule: 6\*1 * Food allowance If you meet all requirements, do not hesitate to apply!
