Industrial plant with more than 40 years in the market, dedicated to the manufacturing of parts, machines, and accessories for the mining industry, is seeking to hire a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, licensed and registered. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Plant Manager in Metal Foundry. \- Additional studies in Mechanical Engineering are desirable (not essential, but will be valued). \- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, applied to casting part design. \- Solid experience in casting and molding processes. \- Knowledge and application of current quality, safety, and environmental standards. \- Expertise in casting system design, process management, and metrology. \- Must reside in areas near Puente Piedra (Km 36.5 Panamericana Norte \- Paradero Fundición). RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage and supervise production processes. \- Design, review, and optimize part manufacturing processes. \- Prepare technical sheets for castings and processes. \- Design feeding systems for parts. \- Redesign parts if defects occur. \- Coordinate with PCP to develop work plans and ensure their distribution and execution within the plant. \- Provide support to production departments. \- Develop internal projects aimed at improving the part manufacturing production process. \- Create procedures and instructions for all production processes and operations, implement them, and ensure compliance.
