A leading industrial-sector company is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator**, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the company’s logistics operations—ensuring timely material procurement, efficient inventory management, proper intra-plant material flow, on-time deliveries, and cost optimization.
**Responsibilities**
* Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and services required for operations.
* Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance execution, managing timely contracting of services and procurement of required spare parts.
* Monitor adherence to delivery timelines and purchase conditions.
* Manage and supervise proper receipt, storage, and control of materials and finished goods.
* Monitor stock levels and implement reliable inventory systems.
* Coordinate material movement among plant departments.
* Plan and control dispatch activities for finished goods to customers or branches.
* Supervise internal and external transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Ensure accurate documentation throughout logistics processes (receipt and dispatch).
* Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper payment and budget management.
* Lead, train, and evaluate the warehouse and logistics team.
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations during loading, unloading, and storage operations.
* Implement improvements aimed at cost reduction and time optimization.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects.
* Coordinate disposal of waste and obsolete materials per applicable regulations.
**Candidate Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. (Supply Chain specialization preferred.)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in integrated logistics and procurement within industrial or metal-mechanical companies.
* Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
* Familiarity with accounting principles and basic understanding of tax regulations applicable to procurement (withholding taxes and deductions).
* Proficiency in tools: Excel (advanced level) \- Power BI (basic level) \- ERP Spring (preferred)
* Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation.
* Willingness to work onsite in the district of Comas.

Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month
