We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of SSOMA ASSISTANT. Requirements: - University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. - Registered and licensed professional. - Specialized studies in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (verifiable). - Minimum 8 years of experience in SSOMA within industrial companies, including implementation of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management Systems. - Knowledge and experience handling municipal procedures (ITSE). - Knowledge, interpretation, and application of legal standards for Safety Management Systems. - Availability to travel across various locations in Lima. Responsibilities: - Develop documents and records related to the OSHMS; maintain SSOMA system records in order. - Manage and develop programs based on Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. - Manage ITSE documentation for obtaining or renewing Civil Defense Certificates. - Develop and keep updated mandatory technical and legal documents: IPER, IPERC, PPE Matrix, Legal Matrix, Risk Map, Occupational Safety and Health Plan, Emergency Plan, etc. - Implement and maintain management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). - Prepare monthly and annual reports with OSH indicators. - Conduct training sessions on safety and occupational health topics based on current legislation. - Monitor the Occupational Health Surveillance Plan. - Participate in the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, record agreements in the minutes book, and follow up on agreed actions. - Manage and lead risk management tools: IPER, 5-Minute Toolbox Talks, etc. - Plan and supervise training and awareness campaigns for risk prevention. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. - Carry out tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
