




JOB OBJECTIVE Plan, supervise, and optimize the IQF plant’s production processes, ensuring compliance with scheduled production volumes, quality standards, food safety, operational efficiency, and appropriate resource utilization, in accordance with current regulations and company policies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and execute the daily and weekly IQF production schedule. * Supervise process lines (receiving, sorting, washing, cutting, IQF freezing, packaging, and storage). * Monitor yields, losses, processing times, and personnel productivity. * Verify proper operation of IQF equipment, blast freezers, and process lines. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Human Resources departments. * Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations. * Prepare daily production, efficiency, and raw material consumption reports. * Propose continuous improvements to optimize costs, time, and resources. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Train and evaluate operational staff under direct supervision. JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in agro-industrial plants or IQF plants. * Experience managing operational staff and production lines. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
