Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworking Assistant to support the manufacturing and assembly of structures, providing assistance in cutting, assembly, and finishing of components. We seek a responsible, committed individual with willingness to learn and grow within the operations area. Main Responsibilities * Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metalworking structures and components. * Support activities involving cutting, preparation, assembly, and finishing of metal parts. * Assist technical staff in various production activities. * Handle transportation, organization, and preparation of materials and tools. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety procedures and supervisor instructions. * Assist in other activities related to metalworking production. Requirements * Completed secondary education or technical studies in **Production Mechanics, Structural Metalwork, or related fields** (preferred). * Minimum **6 months** of experience in metalworking, production, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in metalworking (preferred). * Ability to perform physical tasks and handle materials. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work in a team. * Availability to work in **Los Olivos**. * Preferably reside in **North Lima / Northern Cone**.
