**About You**
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating the forklift to transport raw materials to conveyor belts or other designated locations as specified.
* Maintaining orderly segregation of different fiber batches in the trimming yard.
* Correctly unloading fiber trailers arriving from the collection plant.
* Assisting with waste removal tasks from the pulp preparation area’s purification process.
* Supporting various tasks involving the machinery under your responsibility.
* Verifying vehicle levels (battery, oil, water, tire pressure, fuel) for the assigned forklift and accurately recording them in the pre-use checklist.
* Maintaining close communication with the plant’s vehicle mechanic (maintenance) to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Performing and maintaining cleanliness in the trimming yard area.
* Conducting fiber inventory at the start of each shift.
* Accurately recording fiber consumption.
* Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), reporting substandard conditions.
* Adhering to the Centerlining\-Lean General System, along with established procedures and instructions for process control and monitoring, to ensure achievement of OEE, Waste, and coil specification targets.
* Reporting all incidents and accidents promptly — no matter how minor.
* In certain situations, based on departmental needs, you may perform additional duties or assume other positions as directed by your immediate supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
* Completed secondary education
* Minimum 2 years of work experience operating combustion forklifts (H60FT Bale Clamp/Forks)
* Teamwork, assertive communication, analytical thinking, and an open mindset toward change.
* Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.
