Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Assistant to manage export documentation and coordinate the export supply chain, ensuring efficiency in shipments and collections. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in international trade and export documentation management 2. End-to-end management of the export supply chain, from procurement to collections 3. Coordination with shipping lines, agents, and warehouses for shipments EXPORT ASSISTANT Graduates of International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in International Trade (preferably in agro-exports) and management of all types of export documentation. Knowledge and hands-on experience across the entire export supply chain: procurement, transportation, conditioning, shipment, and collections. Proficiency in using VUCE at all levels. Advanced Office skills (especially Excel), and ability to operate Kardex. Booking generation, BL handling, and DAM corrections. Numbering, preparation, dispatch, and tracking of all collection-related documentation sent to overseas clients (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, COA, others) Coordinate with relevant departments to enable and allocate resources related to the export supply chain. Generate service orders and perform documentary reviews at Temporary Deposits. – Input of Master Data and VGM (via INTTRA, Sealand Extranet, and others). Coordinate with shipping lines, couriers, port agents, warehouses, and freight forwarders as required for assigned shipment operations—both cargo and documentation. Prepare documents required for tasks assigned to the Operations Department. Prepare filling and shipment reports. Ability to operate Kardex. Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
