Leadership, communication, and problem-solving **Installation Supervisor** At **XIO LIFT ASCENSORES DEL PERU S.A.C.**, we are seeking an **Installation Supervisor** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising equipment installation, ensuring compliance with factory-provided drawings and technical manuals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure adherence to installation deadlines. * Coordinate and supervise internal and external work teams. * Ensure installation quality and safety. * Plan and execute projects by optimizing resources and materials. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations. * Manage and resolve incidents with customers and technical staff. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Electrical Technician. * **Experience:** 3 years in electromechanical or metal-mechanical installations. * **Knowledge:** * Installation and maintenance of electrical systems. * SSOMA regulations and working at heights. * Handling complaints and customer service. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Other Requirements:** * Age: Between 25 and 40 years old. * Willingness to travel. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career development opportunities.
