Permanent employment with statutory benefits On behalf of one of our clients, a leading multinational beverage company, we are looking for: BILLING CLERK REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree or incomplete university studies in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar positions. Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software. Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas, lists). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, M language, DAX). Storage and stock control procedures. WORK SCHEDULE: FIXED NIGHT SHIFT: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter sales, order, and billing data into the system. Verify accuracy of information (customers, products, prices, taxes). Issue electronic or physical invoices as appropriate. Review purchase orders and shipping guides. Identify errors in pricing, quantities, or product codes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax requirements. Maintain records of issued, cancelled, or pending invoices. Support daily or monthly billing closings. Generate basic reports for supervisors or accounting. Operate billing software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or other internal systems).
