At Inverdom Security, a Peruvian company with over 13 years of experience in security and cargo custody during transit, we are seeking to incorporate a Human Resources Analyst into our team — someone with leadership qualities, initiative, and strategic vision, who wishes to develop professionally and contribute ideas to strengthen our human resource management. Currently, we operate under the MYPE regime, with plans for growth and transition to the general regime; therefore, we seek committed individuals eager to grow alongside us and become part of this new phase of organizational expansion and strengthening. This position will play a key role in the growth of the Human Resources department, leading mass recruitment processes, as well as operational and administrative staff acquisition and retention. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in human resources, mass recruitment, or personnel selection • Mandatory experience in security, logistics, or transportation companies • Experience managing personnel or leading teams • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Power BI proficiency is desirable • Organized, proactive individual with leadership capability • Genuine desire for professional growth • Availability for on-site work MUST RESIDE IN: • San Martín de Porres • Los Olivos • Independencia • Comas • Callao • Districts near Lima Norte MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead recruitment and selection processes • Execute mass hiring campaigns • Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes • Propose strategies for staff acquisition and retention • Support training initiatives and workplace climate programs • Develop departmental metrics and reports • Maintain constant coordination with operations • Supervise and organize the HR Assistant’s duties WORK SCHEDULE: • Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WE OFFER: • Salary: S/1,800 – S/2,000 • Professional growth path • Active participation in internal improvement projects • Job stability • Positive work environment • Opportunity for development within the organization. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 1 year of experience Age: 22 years or older Knowledge: Analytical ability, Leadership, Proactivity, Personnel hiring, Workplace climate management, Logistics, Recruitment, Human resources Keywords: analyst, resources, human
