Adecco is a global staffing firm specialized in talent attraction and selection. We are currently seeking a Machine Technician for Ancón.
Requirements
Completed secondary education or technical training in production mechanics or related fields
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Machine Technician on industrial equipment
Experience in plastic transformation processes such as extrusion using polyethylene, PVC, and polypropylene materials.
Availability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating shifts on a biweekly or 21-day basis: from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Responsibilities:
Carry out the extrusion production program, taking appropriate corrective actions for deviations, as instructed by the Extrusion Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager.
Assist in recording production information in the designated formats.
Continuously supervise the proper operation of extrusion line machinery and equipment.
Perform assembly/disassembly of corresponding tooling following instructions provided by the Extrusion Coordinator or Production Supervisor.
Execute correct setup of the production line according to schedule.
Responsible for the care of equipment, tools, and machinery within the area.
