We seek candidates with 6 months of plant experience to work at a major company located in Lima Norte: LOS OLIVOS · REQUIREMENTS: - Experience as an Operator and/or assistant in an industrial plant. - Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with weekly rotation. (Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM / 3 PM–11 PM / 11 PM–7 AM) - Ability to work in open spaces. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist operators with various plant tasks. - Bagging, weighing, and palletizing products. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. COMPENSATION: - Base salary: S/. 1400 - Mobility allowance: S/. 7.50 per working day - Enrollment in payroll from day one. - Full benefits and profit-sharing.
