We are currently seeking a highly strategic and results-driven professional to fill the position of Yogurt Production Manager. What will be your main challenges? + Lead, plan, and ensure proper execution of the master production plan for the entire yogurt line. + Ensure efficiency across receiving, pasteurization, inoculation, incubation, and packaging processes—monitoring daily yields and minimizing losses. + Manage and optimize the department’s budget, controlling manufacturing costs and maximizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). + Lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects and time-optimization initiatives on the plant floor. + Guarantee strict compliance with quality and food safety standards (BPM, POES, HACCP, DIGESA) and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements. + Lead, evaluate, and develop Supervisors and operators, fostering an excellent working environment and a strong safety culture. What are we looking for in you? + Education: Degree and professional registration in Food Industry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. (Specialization in Operations or Supply Chain is desirable.) + Required Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience leading food production plants. Solid, hands-on experience directly managing yogurt production and dairy fermentation processes is an absolute requirement. + Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of dairy microbiology, behavior of cultures and raw materials. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. + Skills: Managerial leadership, strong analytical ability, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving under pressure.
