A construction and earthmoving company is seeking a responsible and committed Front-End Loader Operator to perform material loading, transportation, and handling activities, ensuring operational safety and productivity. WE OFFER: Salary: S/ 3,200 Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off. 100% covered EPS + LIFE STATUTORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Technical training in heavy machinery operation is desirable. Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating front-end loaders on construction, mining, earthmoving, or industrial plant projects. Valid driver’s license, Category AIIB or higher. Heavy machinery operator certification or proof of qualification is desirable. Knowledge of: Safe front-end loader operation. Pre-operational inspections. Basic preventive maintenance. SSOMA signage and standards. Material handling and transport. Fieldwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate the front-end loader for loading, unloading, hauling, stacking, and material transport. Perform earthmoving, leveling, and worksite cleaning tasks. Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of the equipment. Complete checklists and report mechanical or operational anomalies. Operate the equipment following loading, movement, and signaling procedures. Coordinate maneuvers with spotters, supervisors, and field personnel. Maintain the equipment in proper cleanliness and operational condition. Record operating hours and tasks performed during the shift. Mandatory use of PPE and compliance with SSOMA standards. Support material supply and worksite preparation.
