Job Summary: RMD Peru is seeking a Welding Operator to support work processes, weld metal and structural components, and operate electric tools. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with safety regulations and maintenance of the work area **RMD Peru** is a subsidiary of RMD Spain with over 25 years of experience, manufacturing products for sports surfaces and children's playgrounds. We are currently looking for a Welding Operator! **Requirements:** * Gender: Male **(Non-exclusive)** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * No police record * Minimum 1 year of experience in this or similar positions * Preference for candidates residing in the northern cone or areas adjacent to the district of Comas **(Non-exclusive)** * Proficiency in operating angle grinders, drills, or other tools **Responsibilities:** * Support work processes. * Weld metal and structural components. * Use electric tools properly. * Prepare materials required for assigned tasks. * Perform grinding tasks. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with established safety regulations in the work area. * Report any issues or additional needs to the Area Supervisor during task execution. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. * Carry out tasks assigned by the Area Supervisor. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 5:21 pm (45-minute break) **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,200 \+ bonuses (attendance, transportation, and meal allowance) **We Offer:** * Payroll-based employment contract from day one * All statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime * Productivity bonus (overtime pay) * SCTR insurance (pension and health) * Statutory life insurance * A paid day off on your name day **NOTE:** Interested candidates may ***CONTACT US AND/OR SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTED CV TO INDEED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,199\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Years of experience in this position * Current district of residence and age Work Location: On-site employment
