**Requirements:**
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics within the metalworking, hardware, or related sectors.
· Reside in areas adjacent to SMP/Comas/Los Olivos/Carabayllo (Essential)
· Three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine
· Completed technical studies or currently completing final cycles in logistics, administration, or related fields.
· Experience in industrial work, manufacturing, production, electrical, and civil sectors.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for proper inventory and reporting control.
· Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM and Saturdays from 08:00 AM – 01:30 PM.
· Availability to work on Sundays and holidays (if required)
· Availability to work overtime (if required)
**Functions:**
· Request quotes, generate purchase orders, and track acquisitions.
· Evaluate and lead supplier selection and negotiation processes.
· Prepare comparative tables of prices, credits, freight, among others.
· Update the Supplier Registry by service or product category.
· Coordinate with the maintenance department for spare parts delivery/shipping.
· Follow up with the warehouse department to verify material receipts, withdrawals, and availability, ensuring timely supply.
· Maintain control of fulfilled, returned, and pending requests, reporting weekly to Administration and Management.
· Deliver invoices along with their respective documents daily to the accounting department for registration.
· Review invoices and documents over weekends, ensuring all documentation is ready for submission during the first week of the following month.
· Coordinate requested shipments with transporters as per customer demands.
· Comply with company guidelines, standards, and internal procedures.
