Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Night Order Coordinator to manage orders, serve customers, and coordinate with production in a pastry company. Key Highlights: 1. Maintains active communication with customers and updates information Prestigious pastry company **CORPORACIÓN RAULETTI S.A.C.**, a market leader for 16 years, is seeking qualified female candidates for the position of **NIGHT ORDER COORDINATOR**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Reside in areas adjacent to Carabayllo * Have at least one (1) year of experience in similar positions (Sales and Customer Service) * Basic knowledge of Excel * Completed secondary education **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Respond promptly to customer calls, messages, and comments across various social media platforms * Provide product information to customers via social media and telephone calls * Check product stock availability and supply for quoted items * Keep the price list and promotions catalog updated for customer distribution * Track orders from quotation through to product delivery * Process customer orders (quotation, forwarding orders to production, calculating shipping costs, issuing payment receipts, generating customer and accounting department order forms) * Follow up on payment procedures (bank transfers, deposits, etc.) * Verify order fulfillment by the production department * Maintain active communication with customers to notify them of their order status * Perform other related duties within the established working hours **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 07:30 PM \- 05:00 AM Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How long would it take you to travel from your residence to Trapiche? * Are you currently studying? * Do you have knowledge of Excel?
