At ETNA, a leading industrial company manufacturing batteries for vehicles, we are looking for the best talent to serve as a **Production Operator** at our plant located in **Ventanilla**.
**Responsibilities**
* Support battery manufacturing activities
* Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area
* Perform other duties related to the position.
**Requirements**
* Completed secondary education
* Immediate availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in foundries, construction, or similar physically demanding roles is mandatory.
* Must reside in areas adjacent to Ventanilla.
**Benefits**
* Base salary: S/. 1130
* Monthly mobility bonus of approximately S/. 150
