We are looking for a laundry assistant (with or without experience), proactive and highly detail-oriented, to join our team and contribute to the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our processes.
You will be a key part of operations, responsible for:
Quality Control: Supporting the assurance of garment standards at the initial stage of the process.
Warehouse Support: Assisting in the segregation, identification, and distribution of received products.
5S Implementation: Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in your work area.
Continuous Improvement and Safety: Reporting incidents and strictly adhering to industrial safety regulations.
PROFILE WE SEEK:
Education: Completed secondary education. Technical or university students eager to gain plant experience are preferred.
Experience: Knowledge of the textile sector is desirable (but not mandatory).
Skills: Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
Technology: Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and use basic systems.

Compensation:
Full Time: S/ 1,130 monthly \+ Overtime.
Work Mode: On-site.
Location: Comas (near Acobamba Bridge).
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday: 7:55 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m.
Overtime: 5:00 p.m. \- 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:55 a.m. \- 2:00 p.m.
