We are experiencing continuous growth and are looking for responsible and committed individuals to join our team. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in package delivery. * Own motorcycle and delivery backpack or box. * Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement). * Up-to-date SOAT insurance and vehicle registration card. * Basic knowledge of routes within Metropolitan Lima. * Strong positive attitude and eagerness to learn. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Provide courteous and respectful service to customers. * Pick up, transport, and deliver goods safely and promptly. * Follow assigned routes and schedules, reporting the status of each service. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Variable pay per delivered package (minimum volume of 30 packages) * Minimum monthly income of S/2400 with potential to earn significantly more (higher productivity = higher income) * Payment frequency: Biweekly Salary: S/.2,400\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
