We are seeking a **Clinical Laboratory Technician** to strengthen our operational team. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform sample preparation, handling, and acquisition procedures for analytical processing, ensuring compliance with internal standards and guidelines of the Integrated Management System. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive samples correctly according to established criteria. * Prepare, stain, and archive hematological smears. * Carry out sample preparation and labeling procedures. * Perform user-level preventive maintenance on flow cytometers. * Conduct labeling and acquisition procedures. * Prepare working solutions and laboratory materials. * Receive reagents and supplies according to procedure. * Monitor the reagent, supply, and material kardex system. * Request supplies and reagents according to schedule. * Record daily temperature control and equipment usage. * Dispose of biohazardous waste in accordance with regulations. * Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines and report any suspicion of bribery or vulnerabilities in the Information Security Management System (ISMS). **CANDIDATE PROFILE** · **Education:** Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician or currently enrolled student. · **Mandatory Knowledge:** Sample collection and processing. · **Desirable Knowledge:** Microsoft Office – User level; basic English. · **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 months in similar roles.
