We are looking for you.** **mediprefem** is a private polyclinic located in Callao, integrating multiple specialties: clinical laboratory, ultrasound, digital X-ray, general and occupational medicine. Our **Dentistry** department is expanding and we need a committed professional with excellent patient interaction skills and willingness to grow alongside the center. **What will you do here?** * Conduct dental evaluation and diagnostic consultations * Perform preventive and restorative treatments: cleanings, resin fillings, simple extractions, among others * Accurately issue and record dental clinical histories * Provide patients with guidance regarding their treatment and follow-up * Coordinate with the administrative department for appointment scheduling * Support patient acquisition for the dental department **Requirements:** Degree in Dental Surgery — **licensed and registered** (mandatory), Minimum 1 year of experience in dental outpatient practice (clinic or private office), Proficiency in managing dental clinical records, Mastery of basic and restorative dental procedures, Friendly, empathetic, and professional patient interaction, Punctuality, organization, and responsibility, Availability for shifts as agreed upon with the center **Desirable (not mandatory):** Knowledge in orthodontics, teeth whitening, or basic endodontics, Experience in multidisciplinary medical centers **What do we offer?** Shift-based remuneration \+ production percentage , On-site work at fully equipped facilities – Callao , Operational dental unit within an established medical center , Positive work environment and multidisciplinary team , Opportunities for growth and increased patient load based on performance , Access to patients referred from other center departments (laboratory, general medicine, occupational medicine) **Address:** Urb.
