We are currently seeking committed individuals who wish to join our team: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Meats:** Washing and marinating meats (pork chops, beef steaks, pork ribs, and chicken); cleaning hearts; slicing jerky (cecina) and chorizo to the specified weight for chaufa preparation; portioning and marinating chicken to the specified weight for chaufa preparation; parboiling pork and portioning it to the specified weight for chaufa preparation. **Side Dishes:** Washing and boiling potatoes; completing the cleaning and boiling of corn (choclos); cutting and processing plantains (bellaco), then storing them; preparing rice. **Vegetables:** Cleaning and processing lettuce; cleaning and slicing carrots; washing and slicing tomatoes; washing, peeling, removing seeds from, and slicing cucumbers. **Pasta:** Boiling and portioning. **Sauces:** Preparing aji pollería, aji huacatay, chimichurri, and aji de cocona. **Preparations:** Chaufa, pasta dishes, side dishes, salads, main dishes and accompaniments, chicha, and emoliente. **Cleaning, boiling, frying, and other tasks:** Cleaning yellow chili peppers (aji amarillo); boiling aji panca and aji mirasol; preparing sauces and chili-based condiments; frying potatoes and plantain fritters (patacones); straining marinades and performing other duties as deemed necessary by the kitchen supervisor. **BENEFITS** \- Payroll under the MYPE regime \- Ongoing training. **WORK HOURS** **\-** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (first applicant) \- 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM (second applicant) **SALARY** S/ 1400 to S/ 1600 depending on evaluation. **ADDRESS** **\-** Avenida próceres de huandoy 7747, Urbanización Pro, 5to sector \- Los Olivos \- Lima.
