Active participation in preventive campaigns and community activities. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in **Bachelor of Nursing**. * Valid **professional registration and license** – Peruvian Nursing Association (CEP). **Desirable Training** * Basic Life Support (BLS). * Biosafety and HAIs control. * Triage and management of minor emergencies. * Immunizations and preventive campaigns. **Experience** * Minimum **01 year in polyclinics, health centers, or clinics**. * Experience in **supervising technical staff and trainees** is desirable. **Clinical Responsibilities** * Perform **triage, measurement and documentation of vital signs**. * Assist in **outpatient consultations** and medical procedures. * Administer medications according to medical prescriptions. * Carry out nursing procedures: * Injections * Nebulizations * Dressings * Venous access placement * Specimen collection * Management of **minor emergencies at the site**. * Strict adherence to **biosafety and infection control standards**. * Accurate documentation in **clinical records and clinical forms**. * Health education for patients and families. * Participation in **preventive campaigns and community activities**. **Supervisory and Training Responsibilities** * **Supervise, guide, evaluate, and monitor** the activities performed by **nursing technical trainees**. * Verify compliance with **technical procedures and biosafety standards** by trainees.
