Job Summary:
We are seeking a pharmacy professional to supervise and control the quality of cosmetic products and medical devices by conducting analyses and managing laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
2. Perform quality control analysis of raw materials and products.
3. Manage and coordinate sampling, identification, and labeling of materials.
**REQUIREMENTS**
\- Graduate in Pharmacy and Biochemistry or Pharmacy Technician
\- Minimum 6 months of experience in quality, product control, or warehouse functions at pharmacies or pharmaceutical laboratories.
\- Knowledge of DIGEMID regulations and applicable health legislation
\- Must reside in areas adjacent to the districts of Comas\-Trapiche.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**.
\- Supervise and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) across all quality control processes for cosmetic products and medical devices.
\- Verify that analyzed products meet their physicochemical and organoleptic specifications.
\- Maintain records of laboratory area cleaning, equipment usage, and environmental parameters (temperature and relative humidity).
\- Coordinate and execute sampling of raw materials and packaging materials, including their identification and labeling according to status and conformity.
\- Conduct quality control analysis of raw materials and key chemical inputs (e.g., Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate, Pure Ethanol, etc.).
\- Perform analysis and control of packaging materials (containers, caps, labels, boxes).
\- Supervise the filling and packaging process of cosmetic products and elastic bandages, verifying in-line quality and final presentation.
\- Perform sampling and analysis of in-process, bulk, and finished products, evaluating physicochemical parameters.
\- Manage analysis requests and prepare spreadsheets and technical reports.
\- Monitor purified water system parameters (pH, conductivity, TDS, residual chlorine) during regeneration and sanitization processes.
\- Verify adherence to the laboratory equipment and instrument maintenance and calibration schedule.
\- Receive, identify, and record retained samples of finished products for traceability and control.

Pay: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month
