To date, we operate 29 pharmacies nationwide and lead the Peruvian pharmaceutical market in the preparation of Magistral Preparations. Currently, we are seeking talent who can join our culture—individuals eager for new challenges and deeply passionate about serving as a **RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT**. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. * Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical laboratories, quality control, production, or process validation and qualification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy office specializing in magistral preparations or related fields. * Experience in preparing change controls. * Experience in verification of raw materials and equipment. * Experience in process validation. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare change control reports. * Evaluate compatibility of inputs and actives for new products. * Conduct transfers for scaling up to the production area. * Identify suppliers for new raw materials. * Support research and development of new pharmaceutical products. * Manage technical documentation and records according to current GMP regulations. * Collaborate in implementing quality and innovation protocols in processes. * Perform in-process controls and data analysis to optimize products. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Ongoing training and opportunities to develop projects within the department. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay, EsSalud contributions, family allowance). * Profit-sharing based on the company’s annual productivity. * Special discounts for purchasing company products.
