Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Trafficker to plan, implement, optimize, and analyze digital campaigns, contributing to the clinic’s growth and positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and optimizes campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads 2. Coordinates with the Marketing team on the creation of ad creatives and content 3. Supports organic content planning and content calendar development We are looking for a **Digital Trafficker** to join Clínica San Sebastián’s Marketing team. The role is responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns, collaborating closely with the creative and content teams to drive the clinic’s growth and market positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and manage campaigns on **Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.** * Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on objectives and performance results. * Analyze metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare performance reports. * Propose digital advertising strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. * Coordinate with the Marketing team on the creation of advertising creatives and campaign content. * **Support organic content planning and content calendar development**, collaborating closely with the Marketing team. * Participate in campaign planning meetings, campaign proposals, and digital communication strategy sessions. * Conduct audience, competitor, and digital trend research. * Support organic content performance measurement and propose improvements. **Requirements:** * Experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns, especially on Meta Ads. * Knowledge of digital metrics, audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and performance analysis. * Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content creators, and other departments. * Understanding of organic content strategies and social media platforms. * Proficiency in analytics tools and report generation. * Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. **Interested candidates may submit their CV** to: **marketingclinicasansebastian@gmail.com**, with the subject line: **“DIGITAL TRAFFICKER – [Your Name]”** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,900.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
