Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Technician with experience in executing and repairing plant equipment, committed to safety and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform mechanical maintenance and repair of plant equipment. 2. Comply with corporate standards and safety regulations. 3. Promote order and cleanliness in maintenance activities. **MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician · Residency in areas adjacent to Los Olivos/SMP/Comas/Puente Piedra (North Lima) (Mandatory) · 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine · Completed technical studies or currently enrolled in final cycles of Mechanical Maintenance · Knowledge of welding, bench mechanics, and mechanical equipment repair · Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM, and Saturdays, 08:00 AM \- 01:30 PM · Availability to work Sundays and holidays (if required) · Availability to work overtime (if required) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Carry out assigned mechanical maintenance activities on plant equipment according to Maintenance Programs. · Inspect and perform repairs on equipment assigned to the Mechanical Maintenance department. · Repair motors / fans / motor-reducers / gear reducers. · Comply with corporate standards for controlling plant mechanical systems. · Comply with safety regulations. · Promote and maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance activities. · Participate in identifying root causes of unplanned production line stoppages. · Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** · Assertive communication · Analytical ability · Responsibility and punctuality · Commitment to assigned tasks **WE OFFER:** · Bi-weekly salary · Social benefits, according to labor regime · Formal payroll registration · SCTR insurance // ESSALUD · Life insurance as mandated by law · Position type: Technician / Contract-based · Salary: S/ 1,500\.00 – S/ 1,700\.00 Position type: Full-time Education: * Incomplete or ongoing technical studies (Preferred) Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Education: * Completed technical studies (Preferred) Work location: Regular travel required
