Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators/Raw Material Operators to perform loading, cleaning, and equipment maintenance tasks at the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and products. 2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment. 3. Report information and notify production incidents. At Resins and Coatings, we are currently seeking PRODUCTION OPERATORS / RAW MATERIAL OPERATORS to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect raw materials and check machine and tool status before initiating the process. \- Load raw materials into tanks and/or reactors according to Production Orders and Planning. \- Load materials into premix tanks. \- Clean tanks and/or reactors. \- Perform discharge and filtration of manufactured products in various packaging formats. \- Place finished products on pallets, package them, and transport them to the warehouse. \- Maintain cleanliness of the work area. \- Report required information to keep performance indicators up to date. \- Notify any stoppages, failures, or other issues affecting the production process. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum one year of experience in related positions. \- Experience in physically demanding and production-related work. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence near Ventanilla (Mi Perú, Pachacútec, Punta Piedra, Ancón). **Benefits:** \- Transportation assistance to the plant (Ventanilla). \- Full payroll registration from the first day of employment (General Regime). \- Life Insurance / SCTR \- Ongoing training programs Salary: S/.1,250\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
