Our client, A MULTINATIONAL PROVIDER OF LOGISTICS SERVICES, is looking for a Collections Manager who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Business, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, call center, or accounts receivable recovery. * Experience handling objections and negotiation. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Advanced English (mandatory) WORKING CONDITIONS: * Competitive market salary * Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro. * Payroll: General regime RESPONSIBILITIES: * Make collection calls in English to clients in the U.S. * Record, update, and follow up on payment commitments. * Manage reminders, emails, and communications to recover outstanding accounts. * Negotiate agreements and handle customer objections. * Prepare management and collection progress reports. * Coordinate with internal departments to validate information and update accounts. * Maintain consistent and organized management of each assigned case.
