Position Summary: We are seeking a metalworking operator with experience in machinery operation, blueprint interpretation, and sound judgment for decision-making, valuing proactivity and responsibility. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating sheet metal brakes, shears, bending machines, and tube/profile rolling machines. 2. Skills in cutting, bending, rolling, and blueprint interpretation. 3. Proactivity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. We are currently seeking an operator with prior experience in metalworking companies, proficient in operating and mastering the following equipment: sheet metal brakes, shears, bending machines, and tube/profile rolling machines, among others, to join our team. We seek a candidate skilled in cutting, bending, rolling, and blueprint interpretation, as well as possessing sound judgment for decision-making in production processes. It is essential to demonstrate proactivity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. You must work with precision and efficiency, ensuring each component meets established quality standards. Additionally, it is desirable to possess the ability to determine service pricing based on market conditions, factoring in production time, materials, and job complexity. Your capacity to make quick and accurate decisions will be critical to success in this role. Likewise, punctuality, commitment, and responsibility in fulfilling duties are highly valued. Teamwork capability and effective communication are fundamental for strong performance within the department.
