




Our client**, A MULTINATIONAL PROVIDER OF LOGISTICS SERVICES***, is looking for a **Telephone Collections Manager,** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Business, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, call center, or accounts receivable recovery. * Experience in handling objections and negotiation. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Advanced English (mandatory) **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market salary * Schedule: In-person, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro. * Payroll: General regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make collection calls in English to customers in the U.S. * Record, update, and follow up on payment commitments. * Manage reminders, emails, and communications to recover outstanding accounts. * Negotiate agreements and handle customer objections. * Prepare management and collections progress reports. * Coordinate with internal departments for information validation and account updates. * Maintain consistent and organized management of each assigned case.
