TEXTIL INCAPIMA, a textile exporting company specializing in the manufacturing and export of garments, is seeking a new team member for the position of Textile Production Planning and Control Analyst (PCP) Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions \- Knowledge of textile production processes \- Intermediate-level Office software proficiency Responsibilities: \- Production monitoring. \- Generation and settlement of production and purchase orders according to priorities. \- Negotiation with suppliers. \- Design, develop, and analyze performance indicators for textile delivery compliance, to provide relevant information supporting sound decision-making. \- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement within the organization to achieve strategic objectives. \- Preparation of cost reports. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:20 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
