**We are looking for a Warehouse Manager!** **Workplace:** Lurín (**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: live in Lurín or very nearby areas**) **Work mode:** On-site **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. * Salary: S/ 4,200 per month * Employment regime: Small business (MYPE) **Profile we are looking for** A professional in Administration with experience in warehouse and operational logistics management, capable of leading, organizing, and ensuring the proper flow of goods and documentation. **Main responsibilities** * Manage and control warehouse stock. * Carry out and report monthly inventories. * Manage orders and deliveries using the company's vehicle. * Supervise personnel in charge of dispatches. * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Coordinate and provide immediate solutions to logistical issues. * Maintain smooth communication with internal departments to ensure efficient processes. **Essential requirements** * Live in Lurín or very nearby areas (mandatory). * University degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (completed degree). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper Manager, or similar roles. * Proficiency in Excel and Outlook (Intermediate to Advanced level). * Forklift operation skills (mandatory). * Valid A2B driver's license. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Provide verifiable work references. * No criminal, police, or judicial records.
