We value effort and offer an environment where you can rapidly advance your career. **What do we offer?** * **Initial base salary:** S/ 1,200 (with guaranteed salary increase starting from the 2nd month of employment!). * **Full payroll from day one**, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, family allowance, health insurance, etc.). * Timely payment of **overtime hours**. * **Rapid career progression:** We invest in your short- and medium-term development and growth within the company. * An excellent work climate and team. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in warehouse operations, goods receiving, picking/packing, or related roles (preferred). * Completed secondary education. * Organized, proactive individual with ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability for on-site work in Puente Piedra. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, verifying, and properly storing merchandise. * Preparing and dispatching orders. * Supporting inventory control and physical stock counts. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area. **Join our team!
