If you thrive on the pace of *streaming* and excellence on set, this is your opportunity! **The Challenge** As an Audiovisual Production Assistant, you will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring every podcast and live broadcast exceeds technical and visual quality standards, delivering an impeccable experience to our audience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive setup and operation of hardware (cameras, microphones, lighting, and switchers). * Execution and monitoring of live broadcasts, ensuring absolute stability and smoothness. * Strategic organization of set design and technical logistics pre- and post-production. * Immediate response capability to real-time technical incidents. * Execution of connectivity, audio, and video test protocols (*checklists*). * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, or related fields. * Proven experience in digital content production, live events, or streaming. * Knowledge of camera operation, basic lighting, and audio. * Proficient use of streaming software (**OBS, StreamYard, vMix**) and familiarity with video editing (Adobe Premiere/After Effects). * Teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility. **Why Join Grupo Alonso Quijano?** We want you to grow with us.
