




Job Summary: Technical specialist responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and units, including fault diagnosis and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment. 2. Diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. 3. Manages inventories and supports maintenance management and audits. **EDUCATION** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery Mechanics, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. **EXPERIENCE** * 2–3 years of experience in equipment or machinery maintenance. * Basic experience in administrative tasks or record keeping. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and units. * Diagnose basic mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical failures. * Carry out repairs ensuring equipment operability and safety. * Inspect the condition of tools, equipment, and spare parts. * Comply with safety and environmental procedures. * Report substandard conditions or recurring failures. * Record work orders, maintenance performed, and spare parts consumption. * Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and supplies. * Request materials and spare parts from the logistics department. * Prepare technical and administrative reports for the department. * Coordinate with suppliers for external maintenance or spare parts procurement. * Support scheduling of preventive maintenance activities. * Archive physical and digital documentation of the department. * Support internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). * Support waste management (e.g., used oil, WEEE). * Track outsourced services.
